After several years of running a website that offers behavior contracts to teenagers, we were contacted by an overwhelmed parent that wanted to know what she should do now that her teen had become an adult and was still living at home.

This gave us a great idea!  We decided to create a contract for parents that still have an adult child living at home.  The contract we offer on this site is the result of that idea and it is now available to parents anywhere that have an adult child living at home!
